Brandon Jonescu-ABCDT
Head Trainer
Combat Veteran, Business Owner, AKC CGC Evaluator, Professional Dog Trainer with ABC, ADPT Member, Service Dog Trainer
Hello! My name is Brandon Jonescu, a combat veteran and professional dog trainer based in Casa Grande, AZ, specializing in positive-based dog training using the LIMA (Least Invasive, Minimally Aversive) approach. I earned my dog training certification through Animal Behavior College and hold credentials as an AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Evaluator, AKC ATT Evaluator, and APDT Member, along with certification in canine first aid and CPR.
My journey into dog training began through my own experience navigating PTSD and mobility challenges, which ultimately led me to train my own service dog. That journey sparked a deep passion for obedience training, service dog foundations, and ethical, relationship-based dog training. I believe that trainers who have personally walked the service dog path bring a unique level of understanding, empathy, and real-world insight to the teams they support.
Through my work as a dog trainer in Casa Grande, Arizona, my goal is to transform lives, not just through teaching skills, but by building strong, trusting partnerships between dogs and their handlers. By using compassionate, science-based training methods and tailoring each session to the individual dog and family, I help clients navigate challenges, build confidence, and celebrate progress. Ultimately, my mission is to improve quality of life for both dogs and the people who love them.

Head Trainer
Business Owner, Breeder, AKC CGC Evaluator, Professional Dog Trainer with ABC, Karen Pryor Puppy Start Right Instructor, ADPT Member, Service Dog Trainer
Hello! My name is Daneesha Jonescu, and I am a professional dog trainer based in the Coolidge and Casa Grande, AZ area, specializing in Puppy Socialization and Development. I am the creator of our Puppy Skills program, which emphasizes positive reinforcement training and intentional, age-appropriate socialization. I earned my dog training certification through Animal Behavior College where I graduated with honors, and hold credentials as an AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Evaluator, Karen Pryor Puppy Start Right Instructor, and APDT Member, along with certifications in canine first aid and CPR.
My journey with dogs began long before my certification in 2023. I have been assisting in service dog training since 2015 and have spent nearly a decade as a responsible dog breeder, focusing on health, temperament, and thoughtfully designed service dog training curriculums. Having trained my own Service Dog for CPTSD, I have experienced firsthand the profound impact a well-trained dog can have on daily life.
I am currently training my second service dog to support me with cardiac alert and seizure alert and comfort tasks, along with other individualized skills, as I navigate a growing list of chronic illnesses. This ongoing, hands-on experience deepens my understanding of both the technical and emotional sides of service dog work and informs the compassionate, realistic support I provide to my clients.
I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and families regain confidence and control through strong, trusting relationships with their dogs. My training philosophy is rooted in science-based, positive reinforcement methods and follows the LIMA (Least Invasive, Minimally Aversive) approach. Through customized training plans and empathetic guidance, I strive to create a supportive, engaging learning environment where both dogs and their humans feel empowered to grow, learn, and succeed together.
CORE VALUES
Compassionate Training

We believe in understanding each dog's unique needs and emotions. Our approach focuses on building a trusting bond between dogs and their owners, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development. Clients can envision their transformation as they learn to communicate effectively with their dogs, leading to a deeper connection.
Positive Reinforcement

We prioritize humane and effective training methods that celebrate success and promote learning through encouragement. By using positive reinforcement, we help clients see their dogs flourish, building confidence and reliability. This value empowers owners to cultivate a joyful training experience, transforming challenges into achievements.
Empowerment Through Knowledge

We aim to educate our clients about dog behavior, training techniques, and the science behind them. By equipping owners with the knowledge and tools they need, we empower them to take an active role in their dog's training and development. Clients will see themselves growing as confident leaders, capable of guiding their dogs to success.

EDUCATE, EQUIP, and EMPOWER
We educate you on essential positive reinforcement dog training methods and practical knowledge needed for a fulfilling life with your dog. Our approach is rooted in force-free, science-based training, meaning we do not use choke collars, prong collars, or shock collars. These tools, especially when used with dogs experiencing behavioral challenges or aggression, often increase stress and can undermine long-term progress and trust.
Instead, we equip you with clear, effective training tools that support both you and your dog in a safe, positive, and ethical way. Through thoughtful guidance and structured support, we help you understand not just what to do, but why it works — empowering you to make confident, informed decisions throughout your dog’s training journey.
Finally, we empower you by helping you build a deep, trusting relationship with your dog. By strengthening communication, confidence, and mutual understanding, you’ll be better prepared to navigate future challenges together. The result is a partnership built on trust, respect, and clarity — one that supports lasting success and a rewarding life alongside your dog.
